I’m a licensed clinical psychotherapist with training from Columbia University and over 10 years of experience working with young people and adults in both clinical and school-based settings.
My approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe real change happens when there is trust, safety, and complete acceptance. I personalize therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing from a variety of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, schema therapy, somatic therapy, IFS, EMDR, exposure therapy, narrative therapy, and DBT/CBT.
I’m skilled at establishing rapport and ensuring clients feel motivated and supported in their therapeutic journey. I look forward to working with you!
Individual therapy is your space to slow down and focus on you. Our sessions are personalized to what you need most - whether that’s easing anxiety, navigating ADHD or Autism, working through trauma, or finding new ways to cope with stress and big life changes. I use evidence-based approaches and a strengths-based perspective, helping you build on what already works for you.
I work with young people, adults, and couples in San Francisco and Berkeley, offering care that is gender affirming and neurodiverse affirming. Some sessions might be about learning practical tools for daily life, while others might go deeper - processing hard experiences, making sense of emotions, or exploring who you are in a safe and supportive space.
I believe therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, and together we’ll create a path that is just right for you. My hope is that you’ll feel truly seen, accepted, and understood. I believe that therapy will help you move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected.
If you’re ready, you can schedule a free consultation and we’ll take the first step together.

I started hosting in-person therapist and prescriber meetups for local therapists in the Bay Area, because I was feeling very lonely and isolated in my practice. I was seeking personal connections with fellow therapists and mental health professionals doing the same work I was doing. After going mostly remote during COVID, I was really seeking an in-person space to connect with my people and so I started organizing these meetups and really enjoyed hosting them and watching it grow.

A huge bonus of these in-person meetups is the opportunity to really get to know fellow therapists and prescribers in the local area, which naturally become your go-to referrals for your clients. I always prefer to refer to someone I know and trust versus someone I have never met. These local meetups are a great space to build relationships and stay connected.

These spaces will always be welcoming to all therapists and prescribers, without any pressure to come, just a warm and open invitation. The vibes are very casual, relaxed, weekend energy.
